Matthew 6:33 Seek God First

I talk to God.  I am constantly aware of His presence, believing that He never leaves me.  He is directly connected, like a main frame computer is to each of its terminals, to me and each of His children on earth.  I come to Him in prayer and communication about everything.  Some think that He is too busy and that He cannot be bothered with the little problems and joys in our lives.  His Word and His personal relationship with me tell me differently.  I know that He cares about the little things and the big things in my life.

In His Sermon on the Mount, Jesus said that we should seek Him first.  Matthew 6:33 says, “Your Heavenly Father already knows all of your needs, and He will give you all you need from day to day if you live for Him and make the Kingdom of God your primary concern”.

I experience God’s wisdom, guidance, blessings, and God’s favor in my life.  I have made Him the Lord of every area of my life.  I seek Him and His will first.  In 1 Samuel 2:30 God says that He will honor all who honor Him.  I will continue to honor, praise, and glorify His Holy name.  I lift up my needs and desires, and those of my family, friends, and loved ones, to Him in prayer.  He hears me and I trust Him.  Thank you Lord for knowing what is on my heart and answering my prayers.
